We are looking for a motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team and develop the knowledge, skills, and performance of our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training for new and existing security guards.
• Conduct induction, refresher, and mandatory training programs.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written tests and practical assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance reports.
• Ensure all training complies with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve operational performance and customer service.
• Identify training needs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate training schedules with HR and Operations departments.
• Support compliance audits by maintaining proper training documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Security Trainer or in a similar training role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and customer service.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• UAE security industry experience is highly preferred.
