Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual design and a basic understanding of graphic design tools. You will work with the marketing and creative teams to design digital and print materials while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.
• Create logos, brochures, and promotional graphics.
• Edit and retouch images.
• Assist in developing branding and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
• Follow brand guidelines and design standards.
• Revise designs based on feedback.
• Maintain organized design files.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A portfolio of academic or personal design work is preferred.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
