Description:
  • Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting the company's software products, solutions, and services across Education, Research, Government, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions based on their business or research needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities in government tenders, institutional procurements, and commercial projects.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer enquiries and providing post-sales support.
